I have spent a lifetime helping others across the world, following in the footsteps of my ancestor. Returning to America from Samoa in 2018 I gave my word to the children of the Islands I would not return until I made a way to help them. This the formation of Sa Taupo’s Polynesian Culture, this is the vessel to bring opportunity to my people. I am beginning with in Los Angeles, Ca, a soft skills program to prepare our people with the ability to achieve a better future. next, we are starting a bingo to fund this and many other programs. We have begun talks to aquire books from school districts that have no use, we were asked to be a 501c3 foundation so they could assist, now that we are we are preparing to start shipping books and school supplies throughout the islands. It is also important we do not forget our elders, we at Sa Taupo’s will be importing the foods from the island to distribute to our elders so they can have the food they have grown up on and are missing at no cost, as well as setting up different programs to instill our culture in the future generations

To care for our future generations we must instill the true Cultur, the Culture of our ancestors. This will give our people a sense of belonging, and will give them the strength to say no to drugs, gangs, and violence, etc. We at Sa Taupo’s Polynesian Culture want to bring back the unity of our past. Where you could not walk past another Polynesian person without smiling. We want to see the Polynesian people thrive and succeed by knowing whom they are

This is a very important piece of our work, as this is the foundation what we are doing. In every thing that a person does in life we must all pay love back. This can be as simple as a smile when someone smiles at you. Or to donate your time to help another, with respect to our Culture and foundation we hope that those who benefit from our programs will give that same love to another. It is our hopes that the elders who receive fresh organic food will in turn pay that love back by sharing their knowledge and experience of the Culture with others. To preserve the past we must first correct what is happening now, many of our people are becoming disillusioned with what they believe is the Culture, we must bring the Culture of our ancestors back and bring harmony to our people. The Polynesian Culture is so very beautiful, it is there when we are born, it is there throughout our life even into death. The Culture never leaves us. As it is tattooed into our DNA, this is why when you here something you know it’s the truth as that is the Culture. We must bring the truth forward, the Culture does. The Culture does not w money, only time, it should not hurt to practice the Culture, as how can something as beautiful as our Culture cause pain in any way. Our Culture was what bonds us with our creator. back in the days of our ancestors we did not struggle in life, our Creater blessed us with the foods that the outside would pay’s a fortune to eat. We had the perfect environment to live and and enjoy, we are only caretakers of the land, and the land rewards our doing
